Role Summary

A Supply chain Developer supports the design, improvement, and implementation of Supply chain processes and digital solutions within a supply chain or production environment.

The role focuses on analysing material flows, optimising logistics operations, and developing system-based solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability.

The position typically collaborates with production, planning, IT, and warehouse/distribution functions to ensure that logistics processes and supporting systems operate effectively.

Job Responsibilities

The regional/Global change lead is responsible to coordinate the roll out of the global CCT (Change Communication & Training) toolkit in their region/function, to follow up on progress in the local teams, and to report people readiness for their region/function to the central CCT lead.

Main activities include

  • Participate in the IEB CCT onboarding program (sessions held by central CCT)
  • Assess need for regional/functional CCT support e.g. in Communication or Training, identify and mobilize resources
  • Establish overview of upcoming IEB activities (roadmap) impacting own region/function and share with relevant managers
  • Assess need for local Change leads, identify and mobilize resources
  • Coordination and follow up on progress of Change, Communication and Training deliverables in the receiving organization/function
  • Maintain status of regional/functional CCT activities and people readiness progress and participate in weekly status cadence with central CCT
  • Coach and support local teams with CCT best practice provided by central CCT
  • Liaise across implementation project organization, present CCT status in the implementation project’s governance structure, cascade relevant information to local change leads, and to other regional/functional Change Leads as needed

  • Understanding of the business and ways of working
  • Willingness to drive change for Scania
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of management, with proven ability to assign, schedule, and guide project team personnel – incl. managing resistance
  • Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Good communication skills and can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Change Management experience
  • Project Management experience in large-scale context.
