Job Summary

Are you passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient shipping operations and thrive on improving logistics processes?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team within the PSE (Processing Solutions & Equipment) Integrated Supply Chain, as part of the Fulfilment Team. In this role, you will work side by side with the Sales Order Owner, ensuring the successful fulfilment of sales orders and contributing to the seamless execution of logistics operations.

This is a temporary position for approx. 10 months based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

Daily Logistics Operations:

• Prepare and process shipping orders
• Monitor shipping dates and report exceptions.
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with stakeholders.
• Resolve issues related to warehouse, port, customs, and transportation.
• Prepare and validate customs and freight documentation in SAP.
• Drive KPIs such as Inbound Delivery Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, and Perfect Delivery.
• Support cost improvement initiatives across inbound, outbound, freight, and customs.
• Synchronize ETDs and ETAs across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and export control regulations.

Operational Logistics Optimization:

• Participate in World Class Manufacturing (TPM) activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage claims, complaints, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure legal and customs compliance with trade and destination requirements.

We believe you have

We imagine that you are an excellent communicator with great administrative skills. You have strong numerical reasoning skills and analytical capabilities. For this position, you should be independent, problem solving and be able to collaborate efficiently with others. It’s important to be customer-oriented, flexible and result driven.

Additionally, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree; it’s an advantage if you studied Logistics or International Business
• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably in Freight Forwarding and Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of export/import shipping processes (Ocean and Air).
• Hands-on experience with SAP and TMS (OTM).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI.
