Do you want to work from abroad as the responsible Sales representative for our Packaged tours in Kenya and Spain. We are now looking for a committed sales person who wants to become an important part of our team! The position is based in Stockholm Sweden.

About the position

As a Sales representative, you are a key person in our organization. You are responsible for increasing the bookings of our Packaged tours and to recommend and book activities for our guests. The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility with a focus on service, quality and relationships.

You are the face of our tenants and work actively to create well-being, security and good relationships.

Job duties

The role includes:

Receiving, prioritizing and confirm booking requests.

Ongoing contact with customers, key management, on-line home introduction.

Ongoing contacts with tour companies in Kenya and in Spain.

Ordering, following up and quality-assuring partners work

Handling administration such as invoices and minutes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

At least a high school diploma.

Extensive knowledge and experience of Kenya(required) and Spain.

Driver's license

Basic IT skills

Personal qualities
