What you’ll do

As a Retail Designer, you’ll help bring H&M store environments to life across the globe. You’ll work from concept to completion, ensuring each space reflects our brand DNA, commercial goals and customer needs.

→ design and develop retail and interior concepts aligned with brand identity and commercial strategy

→ create and review architectural drawings, interior design packages and construction documents

→ collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused store solutions

→ present design solutions clearly using plans, sections, 3D models and visualisations

→ manage projects to agreed timelines and ensure clear structure and documentation

→ follow up on projects, capturing learnings and identifying opportunities for improvement

You’ll work closely with the Retail Design Manager, cross‑functional teams, brands, local markets, consultants and external partners across H&M.
