🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Solution Architect | Gothenburg

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a highly skilled, multicultural team working on complex connectivity and telematics solutions.

📍 Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

🏢 Work setup: On-site (0% remote)

📅 Assignment: 5 October 2026 – 30 September 2027

💼 Visa: Sweden Work Authorization visa is mandatory and no visa sponsorship is available for this role.

🏗️ About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping architectural solutions from the early stages of product development through implementation.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and communicating architectural solutions
• Producing high-level and detailed design documentation
• Designing database schemas and system workflows
• Ensuring security is embedded in architectural decisions
• Translating requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Ensuring technical solutions align with long-term strategic plans
• Driving adoption of AI and emerging technologies
• Leading cross-functional architecture initiatives where required
• Defining and championing the domain vision
• Collaborating with Product Owners on the domain roadmap

🔑 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior architect with broad technical knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills.

Required experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect or similar
• Proven leadership experience as a Lead Architect
• Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps
• Telematics / Connectivity technologies
• Microservices architecture
• High-load applications and performance optimization
• Computer networking
• Java and Spring Boot
• JMS and Linux
• Relational and NoSQL databases
• Cloud technologies, preferably AWS and/or Azure
• Serverless technologies
• Experience driving architectural change across frameworks and ways of working

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, training, and experience.
