Do you want to take a leading role in shaping the future of an advanced product portfolio? We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to head Product and Systems Management for the Product Unit EW.

The Product Unit EW is a part of the Business Unit Fighter Core Capabilities within Surveillance. The Product Unit is responsible for profitability, strategies, budgets and long- and short term goals for the portfolio within the EW Product family. The product unit consists of contract- project- and product management as well as System design, Software development, Integration and Verification.

As Head of Product & Systems Management, you will have overall responsibility for the products within the unit from a product and system perspective. You will play a key role in defining the direction of our offering - ensuring that product strategies, system architecture, and roadmaps are aligned with customer needs, market developments, and future capabilities.

You will lead an organization of approximately 25 employees, working across product management, systems engineering, and key governance areas such as requirements and configuration management. You will be responsible for creating clear structures and ways of working that enable both strategic direction and efficient execution.

In this role, you will connect long-term product strategy with ongoing development and business opportunities, ensuring that we continuously evolve our offering while supporting both current and future contracts.

Success in this role requires close and effective collaboration across Product Units, with customers, and within the broader Business Unit, ensuring alignment between product definition, system realization, and business growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop an organization of approximately 25 employees
• Hold overall responsibility for the product families from a product and systems perspective
• Define and drive strategic product management, including product definitions and lifecycle plans (PLCM)
• Drive business development for future contracts in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure robust requirements management, including stakeholder requirements, system architecture, and configuration management
• Own and develop product and system roadmaps on multiple levels
• Lead system engineering activities on system level
• Ensure system-level verification and alignment with product and customer requirements
• Establish effective governance, processes, and ways of working across the function

We believe you have:

• Proven experience in product management, systems engineering, or similar roles in advanced technology environments
• Leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and system-level development
• Experience working with requirements management, system architecture, and configuration management
• A solid business mindset and experience contributing to business growth and customer offerings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience
