We are looking for our next Visual Merchandising Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent, commercially strong visual identity across all retail locations, merging key responsibilities from Visual Merchandising and selected coordination elements from Concept & Visual Design.

It ensures stores deliver brand impact, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance through effective VM, installation planning, and cross-functional alignment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have a strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand experience - someone who is customer-centric, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly operational environment with multiple external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver and maintain VM strategy across all stores and showrooms

• Act as coordinator between Creative, Store Development, and third-party design agencies for installations

• Manage internal VM calendars, ensuring seasonal sequencing and commercial alignment

• Oversee execution quality of window rotations, floor refreshes, and store updates

• Ensure brand toolkits, critical guidelines, and visual standards are followed globally

• Visit stores regularly to assess best-sellers, visual standards, layout, and customer experience

• Develop or propose VM props and tools required for strong visual presentation

• Maintain up-to-date VM guidelines and distribute to stores

• Support new store openings, refits, and layout proposals

• Work closely with Store Managers to gather insights and improve store performance

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across discovery, development, and execution phases

• Deliver store event and showroom set-up

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• VM experience within retail and/or store design coordination

• Strong project management skills, ability to manage heavy calendars and multiple external partners

• Excellent communication, influence ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong visual sensibility, detail, and brand experience

• Fluent English

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly operational environment

• Able to manage and budget allocation

• Customer-centric and analytical
