TFS HealthScience is scaling its Nordic commercial operation, and we need a Director who can own it end-to-end.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real strategic weight. You'll set the BD strategy for your territory, lead the full proposal process, and hold accountability for annual revenue targets, while operating across both our SRS and FSP models. You'll work closely with operations, proposals, and leadership to position TFS competitively and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

• Revenue targets — meet annual sales goals with a disciplined, pipeline-driven approach
• Proposal leadership — lead RFI/RFP responses end-to-end, from opportunity qualification through bid defense
• Client relationships — build and maintain senior-level relationships with pharma and biotech sponsors; be the face of TFS in your territory
• Cross-functional coordination — align operations, proposals, and leadership around client opportunities; support change orders and post-award account management
• Market intelligence — track competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to identify and act on white space
• Commercial discipline — maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, manage expenses, and represent TFS at key industry events and tradeshows
What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to lead complex proposal processes (RFI/RFP/BDM)
• Strong commercial instincts — pipeline management, negotiation, and closing
• Existing Nordic pharma/biotech relationships is a material advantage
• Comfortable operating independently across a large territory with limited hand-holding
• Fluent in English; a Nordic language is a strong plus
• Degree in life sciences, business, or equivalent industry experience
