About the role
At Bygghemma, our sales organization is built on a clear ambition: fast, growth driven by continuous development, structured execution, and forward-thinking ideas. As a leader, your responsibility is to develop both individual and team performance.
You will lead a team of approximately 7-8 sales representatives, which enables a close, hands-on leadership approach. In your daily work you will give regular coaching, clear follow-up, and a strong understanding of each individual’s strengths and development areas. By maintaining a high level of presence in the daily operations you wille nsure that we stay aligned with our goals while continuously improving our ways of working.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Build, coach, and elevate a team within offline sales
Identify and capture new business opportunities
Combine hands-on sales leadership with team development
Drive sales towards corporate clients and larger deals
Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the entire customer journey
