We are now seeking a Test Engineer for one of our clients.

About the assignment:

Position typically requires 5 years’ relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field, with experience from the automotive industry. Solid understanding of vehicle verification and validation at complete vehicle level, with a strong customer focus, relevant tools, and product development processes. Genuine interest in the complete vehicle, new technologies, and customer needs. Plans and coordinates test activities according to defined scope and schedule, ensuring test readiness and quality. Comfortable with both hands-on test activities and structured analysis and reporting, using objective data as well as user-perceived validation input. Translates requirements into structured test cases, manages fault reporting, analyzes results, and presents clear and concise test summaries to stakeholders. Analytical, methodical, and creative problem solver with a proven ability to summarize findings. Builds effective networks and relationships with engineering departments and project management and collaborates closely with diverse stakeholders. Reliable, target-driven team player with a positive, down-to-earth mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to adapt to change and new challenges. Holding a C/CE driving license is considered a merit. The position is based in Hällered, with occasional travel required.
