The Nordic region is one of NEW YORKER's active growth markets, and recruitment plays a key role in supporting that growth. The focus is on management-level hiring, while also maintaining and improving the processes that keep store-level recruitment running smoothly.
In this role, you will be driving recruitment processes for our Sales Team across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland. You will work closely with Area Managers, Store Managers, HR colleagues and our international teams to ensure a structured, efficient and candidate-focused recruitment process. It is a strategic ownership role for someone who can manage multiple hiring processes across four markets while continuously making the function more structured and efficient.

You have solid experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as retail, fashion, hospitality or e-commerce. You understand the challenges of high-volume hiring and know how to balance speed and quality without compromising either. Beyond the hands-on recruiting, you are the kind of person who can see the gaps in a process and fixes them without being asked.

Employment type: Full-time, 1-year contract with a possibility to become permanent
