The team: Our team consists of 8-12 engineers and is responsible for a web-based application for delivery of optimization services for large financial institutions. We value working with passionate, talented and nice people who have fun together, while pushing ourselves and our systems to improve continuously. Our architecture is clean and modern and based upon patterns like automated testing, modulation, clear boundaries and clear responsibilities, and we believe in continuous and iterative delivery, fail fast, prototyping and continuous feedback from internal and external clients.

The tech: Our services run on a modern stack based on Python, Kotlin and TypeScript with React. We run our services in a cloud environment using Docker, Kubernetes and associated technologies.

The impact: OSTTRA has the largest financial institutions in the world as clients, and our optimization businesses the largest banks in the world specifically. Our optimization services deliver significant impacts to clients portfolio compositions and operational costs, and when we run our services, global metrics of systemic risks in the financial markets move to a high degree.
