We are now seeking a Data Analyst for one of our clients.

About the assignment:

IT & Digitalization BI & Analytics specialist This is us VGRE is strengthening its data driven capabilities to enable better operational and strategic decisions. Reporting and analytics are currently fragmented, and this role plays a key part in creating structure, clear ownership, and trusted insights across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will be • Own end to end Power BI reporting for VGRE (development, maintenance, quality, lifecycle). • Consolidate and rationalize/streamline existing reports to reduce duplication and fragmented reporting. • Act as single point of contact for Power BI reports and underlying data. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. • Ensure high data quality and accuracy, governance, and “one source of truth” principles. • Contribute and drive BI strategy, roadmap, and ways of working, balancing delivery and long term structure. • Support the move towards self service BI through well documented datasets and analytical models. • Explore and build analytical models (forecasting, basic ML) for predictive insights.

To be successful in this job you will need the following toolbox

Experience & skills • Strong hands on Power BI skills (data modeling and visualization). • Good business understanding, especially financial and operational data. • Experience working with large datasets and applying data quality principles.

Personal competences • Structured, analytical, and detail oriented. • Ability to bring structure in ambiguity and actively help shape and form the role as VGRE’s BI capability evolves. • Clear communicator, able to turn data into insights and stories. • Hands on, delivery oriented, and pragmatic. • Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. • Team player, comfortable working in English.

Minimum 5 years’ experience.
