We are looking for a dynamic P&A EU Business Developer to help accelerate Parts & Accessories (P&A) growth across Europe.


About the Role

In this role, you will shape the full P&A sales concept within the assigned distribution channels, working closely with global, regional, and local teams.

You will play a critical role in maximizing the performance of existing P&A products and ensuring strong readiness for new launches.

Your work will directly support the Aftersales & Services ambition and strengthen P&A’s contribution to the Europe Business Unit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare the end‑to‑end P&A sales process, ensuring full readiness for market rollout.
  • Define and coordinate sales tactics, campaigns, activities, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM / Activation Managers to secure strong execution of P&A initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and uncover P&A business potential across assigned channels.
  • Lead market research and benchmark analysis to gather customer and competitor insights.
  • Adapt tactics to suit different channels and market needs.
  • Support yearly planning, GTM calendars, and major product launches.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback on new product opportunities (products, packaging, kits) and work with Product Management on development and GTM follow‑up.
  • Contribute to defining the P&A commercial and sales concept strategy.
  • Provide complementary support to Sales Operations, including forecasting and analytics.


You will work cross‑functionally with:

  • Sales & Business Management Teams

  • Product Management & Pricing
  • Channel Marketing
  • P&A BPUs
  • Distribution Management
  • Operations & Sales Processes / Training Teams


Location

This position will be placed in Huskvarna, Sweden or Ulm, Germany.

Your Profile

You combine a strong commercial mindset with a structured and data‑driven way of working, and you are comfortable shaping and executing go‑to‑market and sales initiatives across different channels and markets. You translate business needs, customer insights and market data into concrete actions that drive growth and sales performance.

You enjoy working cross‑functionally and thrive in roles where sales, product, pricing and marketing come together. You are curious about how assortment, activation and channel strategies contribute to business impact, particularly in a multi‑market environment.


We also see that you have:

  • A few years of experience in business development, commercial operations, sales support, category management or similar roles.
  • A solid understanding of commercial and sales fundamentals, with experience supporting launches, campaigns or GTM activities.
  • Experience working in structured, process‑oriented and data‑driven environments, balancing analysis with execution.
  • The ability to work confidently with insights, forecasts and performance data to support commercial decision‑making.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders across sales, product management, marketing and regional teams.


Fluent in English is a must in this position, both spoken and in writing.
