Electrical Design Engineer 

We are now looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to strengthen our team. You will work with products that handle the electrical transmission in our train couplers. 

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will work with detail and system design in customer projects and participate in all stages from prototypes and concepts to maintenance of products in service. You will collaborate with other functions, suppliers, and customers and contribute to improving our processes and instructions. 

The position is based in Vika, Falun and you will report to the Team Manager Electrical and Pneumatic Engineering.

Your responsibilities 

• Work with detail and system design in customer projects 
• Participate in all stages of design work, from prototypes and concepts to maintenance 
• Collaborate with other functions, suppliers, and customers 
• Improve our processes and instructions 
• Travel may be required 

Your skills and experience 

We believe you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field, and that you have experience in electrical design as well as the creation of drawings and wiring diagrams. You have a structured way of working, are genuinely engaged, and bring an open and positive attitude You are comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.

Elkonstruktör 

Vi söker nu en elkonstruktör som vill stärka vårt team. Du kommer att arbeta med produkter som hanterar den elektriska överföringen i våra tågkoppel. 

Som elkonstruktör arbetar du med detalj- och systemkonstruktion i kundprojekt och deltar i alla steg från prototyper och koncept till underhåll av produkter i drift. Du samarbetar med andra funktioner, leverantörer och kunder samt bidrar till att förbättra våra processer och instruktioner. 

Tjänsten är placerad i Vika, Falun och du rapporterar till Team Manager Electrical and Pneumatic Engineering. 

Dina ansvarsområden 

• Arbeta med detalj- och systemkonstruktion i kundprojekt 
• Delta i alla steg i konstruktionsarbetet, från prototyper och koncept till underhåll 
• Samarbeta med andra funktioner, leverantörer och kunder 
• Förbättra våra processer och instruktioner 
• Resor kan förekomma 

Din kompetens och erfarenhet 

Vi tror att du har en civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen inom elområdet eller motsvarande erfarenhet och att du har god kunskap inom elkonstruktion samt framtagning av ritningar och kopplingsdokumentation. Dessutom arbetar du strukturerat, är engagerad och har en öppen inställning. Du är bekväm med att kommunicera på engelska i både tal och skrift.
