Randstad is currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Global Learning Platform Coordinator for an exciting assignment at Mölnlycke Health Care. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the functional "Super User" for a global learning ecosystem, ensuring that technology effectively supports the growth of employees worldwide. Responsibilities

As the Global Learning Platform Coordinator, your focus will be on operational excellence and high-quality service delivery within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• LMS Excellence: Own the day-to-day administration, including course setup, user management, and troubleshooting for global mandatory trainings.
• Creative Collaboration: Support Business SMEs in creating engaging e-learnings using global authoring tools, ensuring all content aligns with brand and quality standards.
• Empower Users: Act as a key point of contact for the Global Service Desk, helping local admins and end-users navigate the learning tools confidently.
• Data-Driven Insights: Run standard reports for audits and quality checks, and provide operational input to develop user-friendly dashboards for learning performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Partner with IT to test system updates and identifysmall improvements that enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

We believe you might currently be working as a System-oriented HR Coordinator, an IT Application Support Specialist, or perhaps a Digital Learning Producer. To succeed, you need to "connect the dots" between technical solutions and business needs.

• Experience: You have a solid background in LMS administration or similar global business systems.
• Technical Interest: You understand digital learning formats (SCORM/xAPI) or support processes and view technology as a tool to solve problems.
• Structured Mindset: You are known for your attention to detail and your ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and enjoy fostering an open, trusting environment through proactive communication.
• Education: Minimum 3 years university/bachelor’s degree.
