Commercial Partnership & Demand Planning (S&OP)

Drive the Forecast:
Own, drive, and manage the forecast by analyzing the market, supply situation, and channel PSI (customer sales and inventory data).
Ensure the highest accuracy and punctuality.
- Analyze &
Act:
Analyze and report customers' sell-out, channel inventory, and week-of-sales trends.
Highlight gaps and opportunities, actively working with the commercial teams on gap-closing strategies.

Commercial Alignment:
Control weekly/monthly sales progress to achieve the sales target in close cooperation with sales team, SCM head and logistics team.

Continuous Improvement:
Regularly measure related KPIs and forecast bias, constantly improving working methods, tools, and systems to hit targets.
- Supply Chain Execution & Data Management
- Inventory &
Purchasing Strategy:
Manage inventory and purchasing based on product lifecycles.
- Be responsible for purchasing with a focus on the right quantity, right timing, while optimizing inventory and preventing aging stock.

Global Communication:
Be in charge of communication with HQ (e.g., reporting weekly sales discrepancies, demand change status, and production confirmation).

System Maintenance:
Update forecasts in the system and maintain data integrity for both short- and long-term planning.
Make sure to keep the frozen weeks.

Kvalifikationer
Your Qualifications:
- Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Demand Planning, S&OP, Commercial Supply Chain), preferably experience in Eletronics and FMCG.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (crucial for data analysis and modeling).
- Fluent in English (Required)
