We are now looking for a Data Analysis Engineer for a leading company within the development of next-generation powertrains and hybrid technology. In this role, you will play a key part within R&D, analyzing and optimizing measurement data from both test rigs and vehicles.
You will join a team working with testing, analysis, and verification related to durability, performance, and mechanical function. The role comes with significant responsibility and great opportunities to influence how data is used in product development.
Your future responsibilitiesAs a Data Analysis Engineer, you will:
Lead data evaluation from test rigs and test vehicles
Develop and automate analysis workflows for data processing and evaluation
Work with real-time data analysis and develop predictive models
Further develop tools and applications for data analysis
Collaborate with different R&D functions, such as Controls & Diagnostics
Represent the team in forums related to measurement data, storage, and data structure
Contribute to the development of test code and test environments when needed
Holds a Masterâs degree in Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, or similar
Has 0â3 years of experience in programming and/or data analysis
Has experience with Python, Matlab, or similar tools
Has an understanding of control systems
It is considered a plus if you have experience from testing, automotive development, or powertrain systems.
