About the role
As Key Account Manager – North America, you will be part of the Flooring Technologies sales organization and work long-term with developing the business in your region. Your mission is to build strong partnerships across the value chain and to further expand the presence and adoption of our licensed technologies.
You will work closely with key customers in the North American flooring industry, while also identifying new opportunities and collaborations. The role is international and involves close cooperation with colleagues in Sweden and at our other offices worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with producers, distributors, importers, retailers, organizations and agents within the flooring industry
Target responsibility for customers in North America related to licensed technologies
Independently negotiating commercial and cooperation agreements.
Working with stakeholders at all levels
Driving and participating in market activities such as trade fairs, customer presentations and other projects supporting our external presence
The role includes regular travel within North America and occasionally to other regions (approx.. 80 days per year)
Who might you be?
You have solid experience in building long-term, sustainable business relationships in an international setting. You may come from a background in technical B2B sales, business development, consulting or project-based sales – ideally involving complex or value-driven offerings.

Requirements
Academic degree in a relevant field; if not an engineering background, you have a strong technical understanding
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
Experience from complex sales environments such as technology solutions, project sales, service delivery or business development
Able to travel internationally frequently to (approx. 80 days per year)
Capacity to take higher responsibility in the long run
