Technical Project Planner – Architecture & Software Coordination

We are a small company working with architectural and construction-related projects in Sweden, primarily in the Gothenburg area. Our work combines design, planning, and technical development in a collaborative and innovative environment.

We are now looking for a Technical Project Planner who will support both project coordination and technical development within our projects.

In this role, you will assist in planning and managing architectural and construction-related projects, while also supporting software-related tasks connected to design, planning, or internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities
• 
  
• Monitor timelines and report progress
• 
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• 
  
• Support documentation and project updates
• 
  
• Assist with technical or software-related tasks linked to project development
• 
  
• Help identify potential delays or risks

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, IT, or a related field
• 
  
• Experience in project planning, coordination, or technical support
• 
  
• Interest or experience in software, digital tools, or system support
• 
  
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• 
  
• Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
