Our Orbital Launch and Rocket Test (OLRT) division is currently in an active infrastructure development phase, laying the physical and operational foundation that will enable future launches. This is hands-on, high-stakes work, and the complexity of what we are building demands strong program governance from day one.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience in a senior PMO or project management leadership role, preferably within complex technical, engineering and/-or infrastructure environments.
• Strong command of project management principles, frameworks and governance models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, to a high professional standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As PMO Manager you will oversee the Project Management Office, providing guidance, support and resources to project managers and teams across the program. You will monitor and report on project progress and performance, facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, and play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, quality and value of project delivery across OLRT.

LOCATION
