Assignment Description
We are looking for a Medallia Platform Expert
What You Will Work On
- Manage and maintain the Medallia platform for customer feedback and surveys
- Optimize platform performance and ensure high availability
- Develop and implement new features and enhancements
- Analyze customer feedback data to improve insights and reporting
- Collaborate with CRM and Customer Experience teams
- Support continuous improvement of customer feedback processes
- Ensure best practices in platform usage and configuration
What You Bring / Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience working with the Medallia platform
- Medallia Admin Certification (mandatory)
- Medallia Product Certification (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of customer experience and CRM systems
- Experience managing and enhancing feedback platforms
- Ability to analyze and translate customer data into insights
