Overview
The client is enhancing its global marketing technology ecosystem and is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing) Platform Specialist.
This role requires a strong blend of marketing expertise and hands-on technical experience within the Customer Insights platform.
The selected candidate will take ownership of the platform at a global level, ensuring effective utilization of customer data, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation capabilities across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Global Platform Ownership
- Take full responsibility for the client’s global Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing) platform
- Establish and maintain platform configuration, governance standards, and best practices
- Ensure the platform enables scalable, consistent, and data-driven marketing initiatives across regions
Customer Data & Journey Management
- Actively work with customer data models, segmentation strategies, and journey orchestration
- Maintain a unified and structured view of customer data across all marketing touchpoints
- Implement personalization, automation triggers, and targeted audience strategies
Campaigns, Events & Feedback Management
- Provide guidance on campaign setup and continuous (“always-on”) marketing workflows
- Support event-related marketing activities, including communication flows and engagement journeys
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms using Customer Voice, including surveys and customer insights collection
Market Enablement
- Serve as a subject matter expert for regional teams utilizing Customer Insights
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance on segmentation, journeys, campaigns, and events
- Develop reusable templates, frameworks, and standardized operating procedures
- Support platform usage when necessary, while ensuring local teams manage their own campaign execution
Platform Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, CRM, Sales, and digital units
- Contribute to the evolution of the client’s marketing technology landscape
- Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvements across the platform
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing)
- Proven expertise in marketing automation, campaign orchestration, segmentation, and customer journey design
- Experience working with customer data structures and data modelling concepts
- Ability to align marketing objectives with technical platform capabilities
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service is an added advantage
- Experience working within global or multi-market environments
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
