About the role

As a Support & Integration Specialist (SIS), you will be part of our IT/Systems team and play a key role in ensuring efficient, secure and well‑integrated system solutions across the organisation. Together with colleagues in IT and operations, you will lead and support integrations, optimize existing processes, and help develop new ones as our business grows.

Our core Transport Management System is CargoWise, and you will work closely with this platform, supporting users, improving integrations and enabling solutions that are critical for daily operations, customer experience and future growth.

Your mission

Your mission is to deliver robust and competitive system solutions that meet evolving market demands. By enabling smooth integrations for customers, terminals and other stakeholders, you help position WALLENIUS SOL as a reliable and forward‑leaning partner. As volumes increase and new ports, clients and integrations are added, your contribution will be essential in ensuring speed, quality and stability in our system landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Be part of the implementation team for new and existing system integrations
• Troubleshoot system and integration inquiries via our Helpdesk
• Identify development or improvement needs in current integrations
• Support and develop processes related to systems and integrations
• Play an active role within the TMS development and support team

Key tasks

• Implement new terminal and port integrations
• Implement new client and warehouse integrations
• Implement new system processes and applications
• Maintain, troubleshoot and continuously optimize existing integrations and system processes

Your background

Qualifications:

• Experience within shipping and/or logistics (mandatory)
• A university degree in IT and/or logistics – or equivalent experience considered relevant
• A strong understanding of systems, integrations and data flows
• Experience working in several parallel projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (mandatory)

Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage:

• Working with Azure Cloud or similar platforms
• Working with CargoWise or other Transport Management Systems
• Working with BI tools such as Qlik or PowerBI
