SwedQ is a consultancy company that has lately proven to have a unique model for those who want to grow, create a legacy, and take on challenges that both add and gain value. Year after year, we have managed to serve clients within a wide range of industries (intentionally excluding gambling and weaponry). During this time, we have also grown steadily, in revenue, in team size, and in the impact of our deliveries.

We are now looking for a Senior iOS-developer who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on technical challenges, helping shape how we build things, and getting a portion of the company in the future. If you want to, you can also drive your own ideas forward and implement them with us.

You’ll be working closely with skilled engineers, business-minded people, and clients with real demands. That makes it easy to influence decisions, create change, and build things that actually matter.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining native iOS applications in production

• Strong experience with Swift

• Solid experience with SwiftUI in real-world apps

• Proven ability to build mobile applications with high standards for quality, usability, and performance

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams together with designers, testers, backend developers, and product owners

• Strong understanding of app architecture, maintainability, and scalable ways of working over time

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows

• A genuine interest in creating excellent user experiences, not just shipping features

• Understanding of accessibility and a willingness to build solutions that work for more users

• Ability to take ownership and contribute to technical discussions, not just implementation

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

• Experience from apps with large user volumes or business-critical usage

• Experience improving app quality through testing, review culture, and better engineering practices

• Worked closely with design systems and product/design teams

• Experience mentoring other developers or raising the technical level of a team

• Familiarity with CI/CD, release flows, and App Store delivery

• Experience from regulated environments, public sector, mobility, fintech, or other complex domains
