Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Nextory, you will own and scale our paid social ecosystem as a key driver of growth across markets. Working at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, you will not only run campaigns but also build systems that improve how we grow.
In this role, you will:
Own and scale paid social performance: Lead strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging channels, driving efficient, incremental, and scalable growth across markets
Build and optimize growth systems: Operate at the intersection of paid social, data infrastructure, and growth engineering by developing systems that improve decision-making, automate execution, and unlock new performance levers
Drive experimentation and measurement: Combine a marketer and builder mindset to design experimentation frameworks, improve attribution and measurement, and leverage data pipelines, AI, and automation to push performance beyond standard best practices
Your story so far 👀 We believe you work in a similar role at a fast-moving, data-driven company and enjoy combining marketing with technical problem-solving. You think beyond campaigns, focusing on building scalable systems and improving how things work.
Furthermore, we believe you have:
Relevant educational background in a relevant field.
Experience working with paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or similar)
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience strategy, and creative testing
Experience using AI tools in your daily work to improve efficiency, insights, and performance.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data, reporting, and performance insights
