Do you want to work with communication—without having to fit into a predefined box?

Maybe you’ve worked with internal communications. Maybe you run campaigns or build brands digitally. Or maybe you move seamlessly between writing, design, and advisory work.

As a Communications Specialist at Knowit, you’ll work closely with both clients and colleagues in assignments that vary in scope, format, and focus.

You might:

• Develop communication strategies and key messaging

• Create content (copy, social media, campaigns)

• Support transformation journeys through internal communication

• Advise clients on brand and communication topics

• Contribute to pitches and business development

No two days are the same—sometimes you’ll work on-site with clients, sometimes in-house, sometimes remotely.

• Communication, PR, or marketing

• Creating engaging content (copy, social media, campaigns)

• Brand development and tone of voice

• Working in an advisory role with different stakeholders

It’s a plus if you also have experience in:

• Employer branding

• Digital analytics or SEO

• Project management

• Design tools or light production (e.g. Adobe, Figma)

You’re curious, collaborative, and low-prestige in how you work. You take ownership of what you deliver and care about doing things well.

You might recognize yourself as someone who:

• Is a strong storyteller—regardless of channel

• Has a good sense of what engages an audience

• Enjoys trying new things and developing your skills

• Shares knowledge and supports others
