You will take on a senior role in a large global organization that is accelerating digital transformation within Finance. The assignment centers on identifying high-impact AI initiatives, shaping them into clear priorities, and turning them into scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and platform specialists. Success in this role requires you to connect business needs, data, governance, and technical possibilities in a structured and pragmatic way. This is an exciting opportunity for you to influence how AI and digital capabilities are used in a complex enterprise environment.

• You will drive digital and AI initiatives from concept through implementation.
• You will lead structured workshops to identify AI opportunities and build a prioritized backlog.
• You will translate business needs into clear and actionable solution requirements.
• You will guide cross-functional teams toward value-driven outcomes.
• You will manage and optimize the application portfolio.
• You will ensure alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
• You will lead change management efforts and support user adoption.
• You will communicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholders.

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner, Digital Lead, or in a similar role in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases, data analytics, and modern cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT domains.
• Strong Agile background, including certifications and several years of practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, a structured mindset, and a strong focus on business value delivery.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
