Are you ready to play a key role in shaping and developing product quality in a global industrial organization?

We are now seeking a Product Quality Leader (PQL) who will lead and drive product quality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

As a Product Quality Leader, you will have a central role in driving and supporting product quality and product safety for our customers. You will lead structured problem-solving processes across the organization and work closely with R&D, production, purchasing, and suppliers. You will also serve as an important link between the organization and our customers on quality-related issues. You will work with an engaged team of 8 colleagues who together work on activities that improve quality for our customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conduct investigations of identified quality issues
• Initiate, coordinate, and prioritize quality actions in local and global cross-functional teams
• Develop and improve quality processes and report results to the organization
• Identify and manage potential safety-related investigations
• Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects
• Educate and support the organization in problem-solving methods and processes

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and relationship-oriented with good knowledge in quality and improvement work. You are confident in prioritizing and making decisions and have a proactive approach. Since the role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, excellent communication and presentation skills are required. You have a coaching leadership style and the ability to drive processes forward. You believe that success is created through collaboration.

We see that you have:

• Academic education, such as a quality engineer or equivalent experience
• Experience in quality investigations
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of LEAN principles, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and tools such as 8D and FMEA
• Experience with digital problem-solving tools and data analysis
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Furthermore, you are curious, driven by development, take great responsibility, and want to contribute to continuous improvements and changes.
