We are looking for an Order Management Senior Para-Professional for a full-time consultancy assignment in Västerås. You will work in an international environment, managing customer orders and ensuring high-quality delivery processes. The role is primarily on-site (at least 80%) with some flexibility for remote work. Interviews will be conducted via Teams.

What will this role achieve?

You will own the end-to-end order process, from order intake to delivery and payment follow-up, ensuring efficient, accurate handling in line with established standards.

What will be your job scope and key deliverables?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Own and manage the full order lifecycle, including order registration, processing, follow-up, completion, as well as quoting, order entry, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and manufacturing units, ensuring smooth coordination while monitoring orders, resolving issues, and handling deviations or changes.
• Ensure timely order release and delivery in line with company standards, while collaborating in an international environment across Europe and contributing to continuous improvements and team support.

What do we need for this role?

• Education: You have a high school diploma, and it is considered a plus if you also have post-secondary vocational or technical education.
• Experience: Experience in order management and business systems (e.g. SAP/Salesforce), with ability to work in an international environment.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks independently, analytical and fluent in Swedish and English.
• Personal attributes: Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, with a solution-focused and service-minded approach.
