YOU WILL DO You will join the Marketing & Communications function within our Go To Market organization, responsible for driving clear, engaging and consistent communication that strengthens our brand, supports business growth, and keeps the organization aligned. Hands on, you will work with storytelling, digital marketing, content creation, internal communications and campaign activation. In this role, you will lead Exeger’s communication and digital marketing, both externally and internally, with the overall goal of strengthening our brand and supporting business growth across all stakeholder groups. You will be responsible for planning and optimizing digital marketing activities, including campaigns, and will drive initiatives from strategic planning through execution and continuous optimization. The role also includes owning and developing our website and social media channels, while creating targeted and engaging content that builds clarity and drives engagement. To succeed, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage agency partners to ensure consistent, effective communication with measurable impact. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a experienced communicator and digital marketer with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset. You combine strategic thinking with execution and know how to create communication that drives results. You: - Have 5+ years of relevant experience (in-house or agency) - Are a strong writer able to adapt messaging to different audiences while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints - Are comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and improve efficiency and quality - Are hands‑on in creating content, producing high‑quality copy, visuals and digital assets that bring our message to life across channels - Have experience running and optimizing paid campaigns - Are collaborative and confident working with stakeholders and agencies - Bring a proactive, can‑do mindset, unafraid to roll up your sleeves, experiment, and drive real impact EXEGERIANS At Exeger we are many things, innovators and industrialists, visionaries and doers.
