Job descriptions:
1.
Strategic Leadership and Business Growth
- Market Strategy: Defining and executing the overall business strategy for BYD in Sweden, including market penetration, pricing, and positioning.
- P&L Responsibility: Managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) for BYD Sweden AB, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Growth Initiatives: Driving sales volume, market share, inventory turnover, and profitability for the brand.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Acting as the primary face of BYD Sweden to media, industry stakeholders, and partners.
2.
Dealer Network Development and Management
- Relationship Management: Building and strengthening relationships with dealer principals and management teams.
- Performance Management: Setting, monitoring, and negotiating sales targets (KPIs) with dealers.
- Dealer Optimization: Overseeing network expansion, identifying new partners, and managing underperforming stores.
- Coaching: Providing operational support and mentoring dealers to ensure adherence to BYD brand standards.
3.
Operational Excellence and Customer Experience
- Sales Process Improvement: Reviewing and enhancing local sales processes, offers, and marketing activities.
- Customer Journey Management: Optimizing the entire customer journey, from lead generation to after-sales service and customer loyalty.
- Internal Coordination: Aligning with BYD Europe on marketing, after-sales, and finance to ensure a consistent strategy.
Required Competencies
- Experience: At least 15 years of senior sales management or leadership experience within the automotive industry, including local and overseas market.
At least 5 years of managerial experience at the level of General Manager or Brand Manager for minimum two new energy car brands.
