Job Summary

B2C marketing focuses on promoting airline products and services to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The role involves planning and executing marketing activities aligned with sales strategies, developing campaigns, analysing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities also include managing partnerships, coordinating promotions, and supporting business performance through insights and reporting.

Strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and experience in marketing—preferably within the airline industry—are highly valued.

Job profile

-Management of digital paid advertising, setting up, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting

-Managing ANA brand communication through ANA SNS accounts

-Involvement in planning the marketing strategy and subsequent support with budget planning and management of the actual budget

-Public relations support for press inquiries from TC2 areas including the organisation of familiarisation trips to Japan for foreign journalists.

-Coordination of special events such as the opening of new routes, new products and services.

-Ensuring invoices are correct and paid in a timely fashion.

-Managing brand assets

Skills & Knowledge

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and understanding of the airline industry, including its dynamics, trends, and challenges. Familiarity with marketing practices specific to the aviation/travel sector is highly beneficial.

- Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing in the airline industry or related industries such as travel, hospitality, or transportation is preferred.

- Digital Marketing Skills: Good knowledge in digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media marketing, knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and SEM. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable.

- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity of legal and regulatory requirements such advertising standards, data privacy laws, and customer rights, to ensure marketing efforts are compliant.

- Basic IT literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Google Utilities (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and online conference systems (Zoom, Meet, Teams, etc)

Requiment

- Work permit: Must have the legal right to work in Sweden or be eligible to obtain a work permit.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience in airline/travel trade required; Or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
