Your role
Do you want to help shape leadership development at Saab through structure, sound judgement, and strong collaboration?
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating and supporting Saab's leadership development initiatives. You will work in a hands‑on, operational capacity where structure, accuracy, and clear prioritisation are essential.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the Learning & Development team and the Talent Management team. Navigating between these two areas requires someone who is confident, self‑driven, and able to build strong working relationships while balancing expectations and needs from different directions. You should be comfortable creating clarity, maintaining structure, and acting as a stable point of coordination in a fast‑moving environment.
You will also manage daily learning administration across additional learning areas, supporting learners, managers, and stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality processes. *
Coordinate leadership programmes and nomination processes from planning through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional participant experience

*
Manage suppliers, agreements, operational processes, and bookings for conferences and accommodation
*
Support financial administration including invoicing, purchase orders, cost tracking, and basic reporting
*
Provide guidance to users in learning systems and contribute to improving processes and ways of working
*
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgement

You bring a solution‑oriented mindset, work independently, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. Your collaborative approach and ability to maintain strong relationships across teams make you a trusted partner in your work.
