What you will do This is a senior leadership role that blends services and solutions development with financial acumen to drive commercial growth. You’ll be a co-driver of services development and improvements to services management for both VFS and the Volvo Group. Key Responsibilities VFS •    Be a co-driver of new service development and new business model introductions •    Develop pricing models for new service areas •    Develop business cases for new services opportunities and innovation investments for review at the VFS Services Committee •    Develop and maintain services scorecard for VFS Services & Solutions Committee •    Develop and maintain VFS 2030 Strategy execution tracking for review at VFS Business Review meetings •    Lead financial planning for Services and Solutions including the HQ component of service verticals •    Develop financial metrics and lead dashboard development for insurance services •    Develop performance tracking for strategic initiatives with Volvo Group business areas •    Provide thought leadership to financial modeling and performance tracking for rental/full-service leasing •    Represent Services and Solutions as an extended team member of the VFS finance function Volvo Group •    Be a co-driver of servitization initiatives under the direction of the Volvo Group Services Board •    Improve business case quality and provide business case reviews for new services submitted to the Volvo Group Services Board Who are you? •    BS/BA in Finance/Accounting or related field required.  CPA and/or MBA preferred •    10+ years of experience in finance; experience in financial services industry a plus •    Multi-national corporate work experience strongly preferred •    Experience leading global teams and navigating complex organizations •    Innovative problem solving coupled with strong analytical and quantitative abilities •    Strong commercial acumen and the ability to act as a trusted business partner •    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills •    Executive presence paired with collaborative leadership style •    Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint •    Ability to inspire and develop highly performing individuals and teams •    Ability to thrive in a fast changing, high pressure environment and consistently deliver with minimal supervision Your future team You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Services & Solutions and be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.  You will be an extended member of the VFS Finance function representing Services & Solutions.  At VFS, we live our vision of Transforming Together—with a global mindset, strong collaboration, and a commitment to developing people, teams, and leadership.
