About the Role:

Our client is currently on an ambitious journey to scale their Research & Development (R&D) organization. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep mastery of modern web technologies.

This role is ideal for a proactive, self-driven developer who values high-quality code and enjoys being part of a physical team. As our client prioritizes a strong office culture, you should feel right at home working alongside your colleagues in their Stockholm office.

You will be a key player in shaping the frontend architecture and building robust, scalable solutions. We are looking for a "doer" who takes ownership, drives technical decisions, and brings a steady, experienced hand to the development process.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in modern web development with a focus on frontend, along with proficiency in:

• Frameworks: React, Next.js, and Gatsby.

• Languages & Styling: TypeScript, CSS, and SASS.

• State & Architecture: Redux and NX Monorepo.

• Testing: Cypress and Playwright.

• Methodology: Extensive experience working in Agile environments.

• Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken). Swedish is a significant advantage.

Bonus Points (Meritorious)

• Solid experience with Data-Driven Product Development and A/B Testing.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Atlassian, and GitHub.

• Experience integrating and utilizing TradAI and GenAI tools.

• Background in Fintech or Banking sectors.

• Location: Stockholm.

• On-site Policy: This role requires a strong physical presence. You will work from the office 2-3 fixed days per week, with some weeks requiring additional days on-site.
