Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to support their ongoing agile transformation journey.
The role focuses on enhancing agile maturity, strengthening product management capabilities, and supporting the development and execution of product strategies within a Product Area.
You will work closely with leadership teams, agile communities, and product teams to ensure alignment with organizational frameworks while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and contribute to the development and refinement of product strategies across teams
- Ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals and agile maturity frameworks
- Support long-term planning and value-driven delivery within the Product Area
- Facilitate and coordinate Product Area Leadership Team (PALT) ceremonies and agile forums
- Manage and prioritize leadership backlogs to ensure focus on key initiatives
- Support roadmap planning activities, including preparation, alignment, and follow-up actions
- Recommend improvements, future initiatives, and structural enhancements within the Product Area
- Coach leaders and cross-functional teams on agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Provide hands-on support in backlog management, prioritization, and capacity planning
- Help define roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration models within teams
- Drive continuous improvement in agile ways of working and delivery performance
- Provide structured mentoring and guidance to a newly onboarded Product Area Coach
- Support skill development and confidence building to ensure effective role transition
- Contribute to or lead Agile Communities of Practice to promote knowledge sharing
- Facilitate cross-team synchronization sessions to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and agile excellence
Required Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in Agile Coaching or a similar role
- Proven track record of working with leadership teams and product organizations
- Experience in driving agile transformations and improving team maturity
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Engineering)
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities across leadership and team levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to create documentation, training materials, and process guidelines
- Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies
- Self-driven with the ability to plan, organize, and execute work independently
Language Requirement:
- Swedish – Professional proficiency (both written and spoken)
- English – Professional proficiency (both written and spoken)
