Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

What you will work on

• Lead cross-functional teams in agile delivery of data management solutions
• Coach teams on agile practices and ensure effective adoption of Scrum / Kanban principles
• Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business value
• Lead and coordinate offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
• Support teams in achieving objectives and creating measurable value

What you bring

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies
• Experience leading teams in industrial or data-intensive environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to take initiative and actively contribute to team value creation
