Role and responsibilities

You will be the voice of our customers. You will communicate daily with distributors and customers globally. By receiving, understanding and prioritizing deviations you will prepare field quality items for further processing within Scania. Travelling to site will sometimes be necessary to fully understand complex deviations, approximately twenty days per year. Our field quality team consists of five employees and a manager. You will have your own area of expertise and together our team are the inlet for all deviations concerning Power Solutions.

Your profile

• Driven, structured and analytical.

• Communicates well in English, both written and spoken.

• Technical academic degree or similar work experience. • Strong technical interest with a customer-focused approach.

• Knowledge about combustion engines, aftertreatment systems & control systems is highly valued.

• Experience in customer relations and general customer communications are merited.
