You will play a key role in shaping the HR data strategy by turning complex workforce data into actionable insights, strengthening data quality, and improving reporting efficiency.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on analysis in an environment that values teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement.
Job Description- Architect and support the HR data strategy together with the team.
- Implement and maintain a data-driven HR function with high data quality.
- Own the end-to-end HR data lifecycle and establish a reliable single source of truth across HR systems.
- Set up and manage data compliance processes, including data purge processes.
- Manage position data in HRIS and support headcount management, forecasting, and accuracy.
- Own, report, and further develop HR KPIs to measure organizational health and performance.
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights and initiatives in close collaboration with HR leadership and business partners.
- Manage internal and external HR reporting, including recurring headcount reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for AI-related initiatives within HR and help drive automation and adoption.
Requirements- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or Statistics.
- 2-6 years of experience.
- Experience with software, BI tools such as Power BI, and HRIS systems.
- Understanding of data privacy laws such as GDPR and compliance processes related to personnel data.
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to synthesize data into high-level summaries and context.
- Ability to identify data gaps and develop KPI frameworks independently.
- Ability to explain complex AI or analytics concepts in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy in position tracking and headcount forecasting.
Nice to have- Knowledge of People Analytics methods.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and the ability to apply analytics within the HR function.
- Experience implementing AI solutions or participating in AI steering committees in a corporate environment.
