We are looking for a detail-oriented professional for a data administration role in a cross-functional and compliance-focused environment. In this assignment, you will act as a central point of coordination between several departments, helping ensure that documentation is accurate, updated, and available when needed.

You will support the flow of information across teams working with customs, shipping, and supplier management, contributing to efficient collaboration and reliable data handling.

• Handle data entry and retrieve relevant documentation.
• Process, update, and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect information.
• Coordinate communication and requirements between customs, shipping, and supplier management teams.
• Support compliance-related documentation needs.
• Help ensure smooth and timely information flow across departments.

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and keep track of collected data.
• Structured and organized way of working.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
