Job summary

In this dynamic role you will be leading a team responsible for Services Sales Management, including Pricing, Capabilities and Data & Analytics, and for Services Portfolio Support, responsible to drive the Services Portfolio deployment in the markets in close collaboration with Market Operations, to enable sustainable profitable growth.

You will be reporting to the VP Packaging Services Solutions, but you'll operate within a cross-functional environment, contributing to both packaging and processing services solutions.

This is a permanent position, based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

  • Lead deployment of our Services Portfolio in all markets
  • Coordinate the execution of Services Portfolio Plans between Markets and Categories
  • Lead the development of portfolio capabilities to the Sales Teams
  • Define and implement the Services Channels Strategy and Services Pricing Strategy in coordination with Service Categories
  • Lead the Business Partnership with Market Operation

We believe you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree with either a Business or an Engineering focus
  • At least 10 years of technical/engineering Sales experience, with relationship management, commercial and/or customer-facing focus.
  • Experience leading a team and intercultural skills
  • You have hands-on experience in working with strategy formulation, deployment and/or 3-year planning.
  • You have demonstrated excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to manage internal and external relationships in a cooperative and successful manner.
  • You are used to work across boundaries in a global organization and have the competence to think strategically while supporting the organization to achieve long term ambitions.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
