You will join a perception-focused team in an innovative robotics environment developing autonomous products powered by advanced vision technology. The role is hands-on and combines outdoor testing, data collection, analysis, and test development to support both product quality and AI model improvement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working close to real-world product behavior, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to the evolution of sensor-driven autonomous features.

• Record and analyze video sequences to support the training and testing of AI models.
• Test and validate sensors and lenses in outdoor environments.
• Identify, mark, and document situations where vision systems fail or underperform.
• Investigate issues reported from the field and internal teams, and support dialogue and prioritization together with development.
• Design, build, and execute tests based on real-world feedback.
• Develop, maintain, and run automated regression tests for vision modules.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with vision systems such as cameras, LiDAR, or similar sensors.
• Experience with HIL systems or with building and maintaining test rigs.
• Familiarity with sensor validation, image or video data analysis, and related tools.
• Proficiency in scripting, for example Python, and a solid understanding of test automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and observational skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate test results.
• Valid driver’s license.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing knowledge.
