OUR EXPECTATIONS

Your day-to-day work combines hands-on tasks with coordination and planning. You bring structure to complexity, tackle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and value strong working relationships. Together with the team, you create an efficient, supportive environment where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand.

Key Resonsibilities;

• Order picking: Pick and pack orders with high accuracy to ensure customers receive the correct products on time
• Forklift operation
• Machine operation: Operate equipment such as saws and shears in connection with the processing and production of metal materials

A significant part of the role involves measuring bars, tubes, and sheets with millimeter precision before cutting them in our machines. This requires a structured approach, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality to ensure the highest standards in every finished product.

Essential Requirements:

We believe you are a collaborative and solution-oriented team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You are structured in your approach, communicative, and skilled at building strong working relationships across teams.

You take initiative, work independently when needed, and remain focused and calm in a fast-paced environment. With a strong sense of measurement precision and attention to detail, you enjoy hands-on tasks and understand the importance of accuracy in every step.

We also see that you have:

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• Previous experience in warehouse or workshop environments (meritorious)
• Education in logistics, workshop/technical training, or a relevant vocational (YH) program (meritorious)
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience working in ERP systems (meritorious)
• A forklift license
• Native or fluent in Swedish and strong written English skills
