About the team

Enterprise Sales is responsible for the full life cycle of our largest client base - our Enterprise clients. We are a tight and collaborative team with a broad scope, from discovery, to deal closing, to Key Account Management with our most strategic clients. The team is responsible for direct SaaS-licensing agreements as well as bundle deals combining our platform with our consulting team’s expertise. We succeed when we truly partner with clients, understand their problems and jointly tailor solutions for their needs. Enterprise Sales collaborates closely with Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing and our Product team. The team is led by Promote’s CEO.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for two new team members to power up our Enterprise Sales team from mid-senior to senior experience levels. We are looking to increase our footprint within our existing client base as well as finding new opportunities with new organizations, thus there is an opportunity to tailor this role between New Sales/Key Account Management depending on candidate profile.

You are someone who:

  • Hits that sweet spot between being a relationship builder, problem solver and deal maker
  • Gets energy from winning business.
  • Is a true team player
  • Knows how to sell complex SaaS deals with recurring revenue models and operate long sales cycles
  • Wants to go deep into the learning ecosystem, both the software aspect and the human aspect
  • Is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders to define and solve problems
  • Can switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Want to be part of a journey of building something amazing — not just maintaining territory.


Main Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from strategic prospecting and sharp needs analysis to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Win new enterprise customers and/or grow key accounts (your profile/strengths will shape the mix).
  • Sell a two-part offering:
  • Promote® – a learning transfer platform that drives measurable training impact through structured learning journeys.
  • High-value consulting services focused on designing complex training programs for large organizations.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes — HR, L&D, Operations, IT, Procurement, and C-level.
  • Run consultative sales processes that go deep into business challenges
  • Build strong account strategies and expand footprint over time (multi-country, multi-division, multi-year partnerships).
  • Drive recurring SaaS-revenue growth with a long-term commercial mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Consultants, Product, and Marketing to ensure delivery excellence and expansion potential.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years (up to very senior levels) of B2B sales experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or corporate education space.
  • Documented success running and closing high-value recurring revenue deals and selling into large, complex organizations.
  • Understanding of technical elements such as system integrations, Information security requirements etc
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and commercial skills.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement and RFP processes.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).


Other Meritorious Traits/Skills

  • Experience in L&D, HR Tech, EdTech, or organizational development.
  • Experience selling consulting or advisory services.
  • Strong business case and ROI-selling capability.
  • International sales exposure.
