For a strategic initiative in the telecom industry, we are building a new e-commerce platform as part of a large-scale digital transformation. In this assignment, you will act as Frontend Lead in a cross-functional product team, taking operational technical leadership for the frontend domain.

This is not an overall architecture ownership role, but it requires strong architectural understanding and the ability to translate established principles into sustainable, high-quality delivery. The organization actively uses AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, including GitHub Copilot, and is exploring Spec-Driven Development as part of continuous improvement.

• Lead and coach the team in frontend technical matters and day-to-day delivery
• Ensure high code quality, structure and long-term maintainability
• Make sound technical decisions within defined architectural boundaries
• Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
• Contribute to efficient CI/CD practices
• Secure robust integrations with backend services, CRM and other business-critical systems
• Collaborate closely with backend teams on API design, contracts, performance and scalability
• Actively contribute to a mature agile way of working and continuous improvement

• Several years of experience developing complex, data-intensive web applications
• Deep, current expertise in React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Experience building e-commerce solutions
• Experience with API-driven development and system integrations
• Strong understanding of Java-based backend environments, including the ability to read and understand backend code and discuss API contracts
• Extensive experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Experience taking technical leadership without formal line management responsibility
• Experience within telecom
• Fluent Swedish and fluent English
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and using them pragmatically to improve productivity and quality

• Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Contentful)
• Experience working in larger organizations with established architecture functions
• Proven experience integrating frontend solutions with standardized CRM systems in enterprise environments
• Experience with monorepo setups (e.g., Turborepo, pnpm)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and/or Emotion
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and/or CircleCI
• Experience with testing using Jest, React Testing Library and/or Playwright
• Interest in evolving ways of working, including Spec-Driven Development
