What you'll be doing:

As a Microsoft Cloud Specialist, you will be part of the Tech Solutions team consisting of skilled technical specialists with different areas of expertise. In this role, you will work with operations, support, and development of customers' IT environments, as well as troubleshooting and development of our delivery systems.

This includes methodical troubleshooting and issue resolution of both computers and mobile phones in systems such as Microsoft Windows, Endpoint, and Azure. You will actively contribute to continuously developing the team's processes and methods by, for example, training first-line support, participating in workshops, and writing technical documentation.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in IT and technology. Someone who is driven by continuously developing their technical competence. You always put the customer first and strive to deliver solutions that create high customer satisfaction. We humbly ask you to have:

• Minimum 1 to 5+ years solid experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) and Microsoft environments such as SCCM and O365.
• Proven experience within IT infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting or general programming.
• Relevant technical background through work experience or post-secondary education in IT.
• Experience working in a consultant role or in customer/supplier relationships is considered a merit.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Based in or open to working from Växjö, Sweden.

This role requires on-site presence at Växjö office at least four (4) days a week to ensure effective coordination and collaboration with the team.
