Job Title: Civil Manager /Construction Project Manager

We are on a lookout for a Civil Manager / Construction Project Manager with strong civil and construction experience to strengthen our Field Operations team.
Experience from air‑insulated (AIS) and/or gas‑insulated (GIS) High Voltage substation projects is considered a strong merit.
What will you do?
As Civil Manager / Byggprojektledare, you will have overall responsibility for ground, civil, and building works within Linxon’s EPC substation projects in Sweden.
You will be part of a growing construction organization consisting of construction project managers, civil engineers, and site managers. Functionally, you report to the Head of Construction, and within projects you report to the Project Manager.
The role requires close coordination between engineering, procurement, site execution, and contractors, and involves travel to project sites across Sweden.
