As a Product Marketing Manager at Benifex, you will be the strategic bridge between Product and our commercial teams, ensuring that the value of what we build is clearly translated into compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution. You will take ownership of several key products and support them across all markets. Your work will include research, market insight, GTM strategy, enablement, and performance follow-up.
This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave, starting in early May 2026 and running until August 2027. You will join a small, senior team and help shape the Product Marketing function as it continues to scale. This role can be based in our Stockholm offices (hybrid, 50% on-site) or fully remote within the UK. To be eligible for this position, you must already have the right to work in either Sweden or the UK, without requiring company sponsorship. UK salary range: £50,000-£65,000.
Responsibilities 🤘Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product strategy and positioning.
Develop and refine product messaging and value propositions.
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for your assigned products.
Create high-quality sales materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, and product sheets.
Support Sales Enablement with the collateral and insights they need to enable commercial teams.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate product marketing activities with the wider Marketing team.
Measure performance of launches, campaigns, and product adoption, and report on impact.
Represent products externally through speaking engagements such as webinars, events, and customer presentations.
At least 2–3+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
Strong background working with SaaS products; B2B experience preferred.
Confident communicator in English, able to build trust and present comfortably to customers and prospects.
High level of initiative and ability to independently identify opportunities and drive work forward.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to navigate a cross-functional, international environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and materials.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
Bonus points for:
Experience in HR tech.
Experience in customer-facing roles such as product, sales, or other commercial functions.
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, or Confluence.
Experience participating in webinars or events.
