• Join our team of experienced compliance officers advising and supporting the business and management teams in Swedbank.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the business and develop into a trusted strategic speaking partner bridging the gap between business operations and Group Compliance.

• Thrive in a cross-functional role advising different parts of Swedbank, guiding the business in insurance distribution matters to strengthen the customer protection in our operations and decision-making.

• Drive strategic support for the bank’s transformation projects and initiatives, streamlining current processes and build a robust banking foundation for the future.

• Actively contribute to identifying and managing regulatory risks while monitoring and ensuring business adherence to relevant laws, internal and external regulations, and frameworks.

• Master’s degree in law,

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance functions or legal departments within financial institutions, regulatory agencies or law firm/consultancy firms,

• Strong integrity and ability to both challenge and support business in understanding the risk exposure and maintaining compliance,

• Curious and eagerness to learn about new and emerging regulations and understand how to implement them efficiently,

• Proactive mindset, collaborative spirit and a strong belief in teamwork as the best approach to problem-solving,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English,

• Very good understanding of IDD regulations.
